Rays trade IL MVP Russ Canzler to Indians for cash...
While Canzler gave the team many reasons to call him up (.314 BA, 18 HRs, and 83 RBIs) last season (he did appear in three games in September), he just doesn’t fit into the 2012 roster. Have no fear, fans. Russ has a great chance of breaking out in Cleveland and becoming an everyday player.
